Vixen Glamm Policy

Policy:

We have a 48-hour return policy, which means you have 2 days after receiving your item to request a return. Returns are only accepted for the wrong or faulty products; shipping beyond our control does not qualify for a return.

 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as received, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required. Please note that all returns are subject to a restocking fee, which varies based on the price and quantity of the items purchased. To initiate a return, contact us at vixenglamm@gmail.com

 

Returns must be mailed within 1 week of receipt to receive the full refund. If your return is accepted, we’ll provide a return shipping label with instructions on how to send your package. Items sent back without prior return request will not be accepted.

​Exceptions / non-returnable items 
We cannot accept returns on custom orders. These are hand-crafted per customer with sizing and customization and ineligible for returns so please ensure you are choosing the correct options. 

 

Custom Units: 

Please allow at least 10-14 business days for your order to be fulfilled. 

Pre-order units:

Pre-order wigs will need 2 weeks to be fulfilled. However, we try to work as fast as possible to meet your needs. Any update will be sent to you via email.
